Once completed, what happens next?
Once you click 'Submit my booking' your email will be sent to us. Within 48 hours, we will email back and confirm the following:
- Our holiday guide will be emailed to you with payment information
- Payment received by:
> For St. Mary's Friday 18th October
> For John Ball Friday 25th October
> For Rushey Green Friday 25th October
- Once confirmed, our cancellation policy will apply.
- If you have not received your email after 48 hours, please check your junk box/folder before emailing admin@superkidsclub.co.uk and we can check on the status.
- During the holiday, we shall contact you within 24 hours (working days).
- Need to cancel? Please email us as there maybe a charge.
- Extra days to your booking? Just email us, thank you.

Activity Requirements
Please see below our activity requirements for this holiday. This is also emailed to you when completing your booking.
- Autumn Games and make a Luminary Jar - Please bring a glass jar
- Enchanted Woods nature walk and Paint a Pixie ceramic ornament - £3 extra - Suitable coat and shoes
- Make a Windchime - £1 extra
- Escape the Haunted House and make a Haunted House Craft - £3 extra
- Fancy Dress Competition and Movie - Fancy dress optional
Playscheme Invoicing
Superkids is using an invoicing system called Famly. Our term time parents will have holiday club dates and payments shown on your August invoice.
Holiday Playscheme parents will receive your invoice as soon as we are able. Please check your junk box/folder for your invoice. Please note: Payment is still required on confirmation, regardless of an invoice being produced.

Booking cancellation policy
- Once your place has been confirmed, you have 24 hours to cancel in writing, without charge
- After the 24 hour period, any cancellations will be charged at £2.00 per cancelled session.
- The final date for cancellation of holiday club bookings is no less than 48 hours (in writing) before the start date of the holiday club. Any cancellation requests made later than 48 hours of the holiday club start date will not be granted and the holiday club sessions and any charges for activities will be charged at the full published rate.

| Tuesday 22nd | Plant your own vegetable seeds - Our little gardeners will be encouraged to grow their own vegetables by planting seeds in a pot to grow at home. |
| Wednesday 23rd | Enchanted Woods nature walk and Paint a Pixie ceramic ornament £3 extra - Enjoy a magical walk in Beckenham Place Park, and discover hidden adventures and pixie mischief in the woodland! Then paint a pixie ornament for your home. |

Opening time: 9:30am to - 3:30pm. You can extend your sessions AM and/or PM.
Price: £26.50 per child, per day.
Extended session pricing
7:30am to 3:30pm - £29.50 per child, per day.
9:30am to 6:00pm - £29.50 per child, per day.
7:30am to 6:00pm - £32.50 per child, per day.
